Please join the Gopher Women’s Hockey team as we celebrate our 2022-2023 season, honor our senior and 5th year players, and get excited for a big playoff run! The meal will be a buffet, with vegetarian or children’s meal (12 & Under) also available.

Skylar Vetter named national Goalie of the Year semifinalist; Bouveng, Kaiser & Laitinen on Rookie of the Year ‘watch list’
Gopher sophomore Skylar Vetter earned more recognition yesterday as she was named one of 11 semifinalists for national Goalie of the Year by the Hockey Commissioners Association. Vetter was one of three WCHA netminders honored, joining Wisconsin's Cami Kronish and Minnesota Duluth's Emma Söderberg. As indicated in the HCA announcement, three finalists will be announced during conference championships and the winner will be announced during the NCAA Frozen Four in Duluth. Congratulations, Skylar!!
The HCA also published its 'watch list' for the national Rookie of the Year award, which included Gopher freshmen Josefin Bouveng, Madison Kaiser, and Nelli Laitinen among the 28 named players. The final selection will be chosen from the five conference Rookie of the Year winners, with a vote of Division I assistant coaches (one vote per school) used to identify the national honoree. Congratulations, Josefin, Madison, and Nelli!!
